Terms of Sale

The website www.terredicalabria.it is owned by the Terre di Calabria Agricultural Company with registered office in Via Gramsci 2, 88060 GASPERINA (CZ) - VAT number 03501090793, (hereinafter referred to as "Terre di Calabria"), and is aimed at online sale of oil.

Scope

The following General Conditions of Sale (hereafter "CdV") are valid for orders of products on the website www.terredeicalabria.it in the version published at the time of the order.

These CdV constitute an integral part of the contract entered into between Terremdi Calabria and the customer.

The provisions diverging from the CdV are legally binding only if accepted expressly and in writing by Terre di Calabria.
Applicable legislation

The sale of products by electronic means is governed by articles 45 to 67 of "Consumer rights" of Legislative Decree no. 206 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on e-commerce.
The sales contract stipulated between the customer and Terre di Calabriai will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

By placing an order in the various ways provided on the Site, the Customer declares:
1) to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below;
2) to be of age, assuming all responsibility consequent to any untruthful indication in this regard.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions relating to the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the customer and Terre di Calabria.
Therefore Terre di Calabria invites you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them or in any case to keep a copy.

Purchase method.

The customer can purchase the products visible at www.terredicalabria.it, illustrated on the homepage of the site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets.
Only orders that require billing and delivery on Italian territory are accepted.

The products published on the site can be:

"available", ie physically in stock and therefore, as such, can be ordered by the customer
"not available" in stock. In this case, the product cannot be ordered by the customer and, if he wishes, he can leave his e-mail address to be notified if the product itself will be available again.
"on order" In this case the product can be ordered by the customer even if it is not physically available in the warehouse. Terre di Calabria will order the item chosen by the customer from its supplier.

The times necessary for the receipt of these products by Terre di Calabria vary between 2 and 5 working days.

In order to make purchases, the Customer must be registered on the Site.

When the purchase is made, the customer has the possibility to choose the delivery and payment method that he prefers.
Terre di Calabria's acceptance of the order is confirmed by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer when registering on the Site or in the billing data if modified.
Terre di Calabria reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the order.
The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any system errors to Terre di Calabria.

The order confirmation email contains the following data:

Order number and date
Product (s), quantity, price
Type of payment chosen
Transportation cost
Total order amount

Prices

The selling prices of the products published on the Site include VAT.

Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the products not for purposes related to his professional activity), territorial jurisdiction mandatory is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Article 63 of Legislative Decree 205/2006).
Conditions

These general conditions of sale will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or integrated by Terre di Calabria.
Any changes and / or additions will be effective from the date of publication of the same on the website www.terredicalabria.it
